FAQ
Session fee when Booking
To secure your session, a non-refundable session fee is required at the time of booking.
Session fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Failure to submit payment may result in the cancellation of your session. Upon booking you will receive a copy of my contract to review prior to your session date. One the day of your session, I will have this printed for you to sign.
Rescheduling & Cancelations
Life happens, with that I do allow ONE reschedule with at lease 48-72 hour notice. If given less than 48 hours' notice, this will be considered a cancelation in which your session fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required. If you cancel, are more than 15 minutes late, or no show the session will be canceled, and the fee will be forfeited.
Gallery Delivery
You will receive a full proofing gallery with light color corrections applied & a visible watermark. This gallery is intended for image selection purposes only. One image, will be fully edited to showcase the final editing style, including detailed retouching. From the proofing gallery, you will choose your final images by selecting the "heart" on the images. Your session includes a set number of edited images; any additional images beyond that will be available for purchasing. Once your final selections are submitted and any additional images are paid for, the fully edited, watermark-free gallery will be delivered.
Turnaround Time
This can vary depending on the length of the shoot and amount of pictures taken during the session, but I strive to have editing done as soon as possible.
What to wear?
If unsure what to wear, feel free to reach out we can coordinate the best colors for the chosen background or location. I want my clients to standout! Neutral colors (whites, tans, creams) are defiantly my go to for most sessions.
Weather
If you have lived in Arkansas for any amount of time, you know the sayings, "If you don't like the weather, just hang around a day or two, and it will change." Outside sessions that expect bad weather, I'll reschedule with no fees.
Social Media & Marketing
Who doesn't love showing off their work? There is a high possibility that your images will end up on my social media platforms as well as my website, unless previously discussed. By booking you will be agreeing to this.
Copyright
I retain the copyright to all images. As clients you will receive personal usage rights, but may not alter, edit or sell the images without permission.
Payment
I accept all forms of payment via cash, check (made out to me), electronic payments such as Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal. I will share the names upon booking a session
